There was a lot to love in this historic 1930s-era Portland home: expansive grounds, city and mountain views, even an indoor pool, but the home lacked modern amenities and contained dated finishes which meant that almost every room needed to be addressed. Despite the home’s grand scale and striking features, the JHL team made room for playful and modern elements including lively patterned wallpaper and bright colors.
