Annand House

This was an extensive remodel of a Tudor home in southwest Portland originally designed by architect J.D. Annand in 1938. We preserved the home’s historic character, introducing tailored millwork, botanical textiles, and collected furnishings throughout. The kitchen, mudroom and bathrooms were reconfigured for modern living while maintaining their original charm. Our exterior work included the addition of a covered, outdoor kitchen. This was added with care to preserve the home's beautiful brick facade.
