Grand Amari

Old Italy meets Portland was the brief for Grand Amari, a restaurant and bar in the Hotel Grand Stark located in SE Portland. The historical structure, originally built as a hotel in 1906, had many iterations and was returned to its roots as a hotel in 2023. The JHL team created a refined interior that respects the deep traditions of Italian fine dining, while retaining an inviting Portland feel.
