Larson Loft

Pearl District, Portland, Oregon

This Chown Pella loft in Portland’s Pearl District had not been renovated since it’s conversion from a warehouse into a residential loft building in the 1990’s. Eric & Jennifer Larson came to JHL design for a look that was somewhat edgy but sophisticated. The project was completed in three months and included a complete bathroom remodel, kitchen cabinets, lighting and custom furniture.
