Global Technology Transfer

Portland, Oregon

When GTT came to JHL design with the design brief for a corporate office in the Fox Tower, in downtown Portland, Oregon, it was an easy match. Vice President Kari Lubitz wanted the suite within the 28-story building to be elegant but not rigid with an influence to Japanese architecture. Once the space was demolished, the new floor plan JHL design had drawn began to take shape. With a growing number of staff to accommodate the business, maximizing space was essential. We designed and fabricated custom storage pieces that functioned like a piece of furniture, rather than casework. These pieces provided much needed storage and functional uses without sacrificing style.
